Yes. You can create and preview a design without buying anything. Usage limits and security verification apply. A high-resolution PNG or a physical product requires a purchase.

Upload a pet photo, choose a style, enter your text and generate a design. Review it, then use its purchase button to choose Digital Download, Sticker or Magnet. Your Design ID connects the artwork to the order. Check that the correct design appears on the product page and that the Design ID is included in your cart.

Use a clear, well-lit photo with your pet’s face visible. Avoid blur, strong shadows and obstructions. Upload only a photo you own or have permission to use. Check every finished design carefully: artwork can differ from the original photo.

Yes. Generation can take several minutes. Enter a correct email address when creating your design so we can send the private viewing link when it is ready. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived, and contact us if you need help.

Digital Download includes a high-resolution, watermark-free PNG. Custom sticker and magnet purchases also include a digital PNG of that purchased design. Product sizes, materials and options are listed on the Shopify product page.

Check the product page for the current price and dimensions. Shipping, currency and taxes are confirmed at checkout.

After payment, a separate email with a private download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. This may differ from the address used to create your design. The link is valid for 90 days after purchase.

Open it to view your high-resolution image. On a phone, touch and hold the image to save it, or use the download button. Depending on the browser, the file may be in Downloads rather than Photos or Gallery.

The digital download is for personal use only. Resale and commercial redistribution are not permitted. For a different intended use, ask us before using the artwork.

We only feature customer work in our gallery or social media with permission. Keep your private design and download links to yourself: anyone you share a valid access link with may be able to view the associated image. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Availability depends on the product and destination. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check available shipping options and costs before paying. Read our delivery guide for more information.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Because physical products are made to order, changes may not be possible once production has started. See the store’s Refund Policy for the applicable conditions.

Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, keep the product and packaging; we may ask for photos by email. Do not send payment-card details or passwords. Check the Refund Policy and report the issue promptly.
